Our homemade Christmas puddings have featured as a staple dessert on our Festive menu at Frasers, with the recipe being developed over many years. High demand for our Christmas puddings grew exponentially with customers returning year on year to purchase them, not only for them to enjoy but to give as gifts to friends and family. 

Sustainability is at the core of everything we do at Frasers, the alcohol used in the Christmas puddings is sourced from local artisan brewers and distillers. Frasers ustilises renewable energy when batch steaming the Christmas puddings.

2022 saw Frasers Luxury Christmas Pudding win a 'Guild of Fine Foods, Great Taste 1 Star Award', which represents 'food and drink that delivers fantastic flavour'. It was described by judges as beautifully balanced and warming, with a generous amount of fruit and a good level of alcohol and spice. They noted its rich appearance and glossy colour, remarking that is was light in texture but indulgent. Once judge said it was like a 'hug in a pudding' while another commented that is was 'probably the best Christmas pudding I have ever had'.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do at Frasers. Both the hospitality business and the wider 300-acre eco-estate are run with a sustainable ethos and a strong commitment to the environment, resulting in Frasers winning numerous awards for best practice.

Acting ethically to protect the countryside is key to every decision we take. Food miles are minimised by using slow, home grown grass fed animals, ingredients foraged from the estate, or grown in our extensive kitchen gardens. Food that is not gleaned from the estate is purchased from a carefully selected group of artisan and local suppliers. 

55% of the energy used on the estate is renewable. Water resources are preserved by utilising rain-water harvesting systems.

Our idyllic rural setting offers rustic charm and elegance with panoramic views across the countryside providing a beautiful backdrop for your wedding photographs. We pride ourselves on the uniqueness of never hosting 2 weddings on 2 consecutive days for exclusive weddings all year round.


Frasers offers unique, luxurious bedrooms situated in three beautiful period buildings; a Kentish ragstone oast house, a converted former stable block and a former cattle barn. Nine of the suites are situated on ground floor level. Frasers is the perfect location for a relaxed retreat in the heart of the Kent countryside. There are 2 self catering properties available at Frasers for groups of between 4 and 20 guests, so if you are looking for a special location to host a friends reunion, milestone event, hen party, or just a retreat away from the hustle and bustle, Frasers is the place. 


The award-winning restaurant at Frasers of Egerton is located in the heart of the beautiful Kent countryside with an abundance of fresh, seasonal produce to inspire the menu and tantalise the taste buds of its diners. The restaurant is housed in a traditional oak framed barn with panoramic views of open countryside and an outdoor terrace in the summer months. Throughout the Summer you can enjoy 'The Garden' seating area complete with covered pods, upcycled bar housed in a shipping container with cocktails on draught! 

Frasers offers both tasting and feasting menus, brunch and afternoon tea, using the finest locally sourced ingredients which are sympathetically crafted into magnificent food with a modern British flair. 

If you are looking for the perfect location to host a special milestone event with delicious, local, sustainable food Frasers offers private dining for groups from 10 to 50 guests in the Winter months, and up to 120 guests in the Summer months.
