Frasers offers unique, luxurious bedrooms situated in three beautiful period buildings; State-of-the art stylish Stags Barn, historic ragstone oast and converted former stable block. Nine of the suites are situated on ground floor level. Frasers is the perfect location for a relaxed retreat in the heart of the Kent countryside. There are 2 self catering properties available at Frasers for groups of between 4 and 20 guests, so if you are looking for a special location to host a friends reunion, milestone event, hen party, or just a retreat away from the hustle and bustle, Frasers is the place to stay.

Stags Barn

Stags Barn offers the ultimate luxury and flexibility in guest accommodation. With its four beautiful en-suite bedrooms and dining and relaxing for up to 20 guests. In conjunction with the bedrooms in The Oast and Pond Cottage up to 20 guests can be catered for overnight either on a room only, self-catering or fully serviced basis. Teal

The Teal room boasts the epitome of style, featuring a superking or twin sized bed and beautiful views across the Kent countryside.

Pheasant

Pheasant comes equipped with contemporary furnishings with a hint of industrial style, reflecting the former agricultural heritage of the barn. The bed can either be superking or twin.

Partridge

This beautiful room comes with French doors leading to a terrace overlooking the beautiful Kent countryside. A perfect base for a weekend away exploring what Kent has to offer.

Mallard

Mallard is set in the eco friendly Stags Barn here at Frasers, and has a walk in shower and a freestanding bath in the room itself.

Stags Barn Self-Catering

Stags Barn can also be hired on a self-catering basis for between 8 to 20 guests. Boasting a large fully fitted kitchen, private living and dining area as well as a private hot tub, lawn and terrace.

Situated in a 17th century ragstone oast house the Blenheim Suite takes you into a world of ultimate luxury and relaxation, while the Laxton and Russet Rooms are full of hidden charm for the ultimate in sumptuous relaxation.

Laxton Room

Located in the ragstone roundel Laxton has it all, cosy and warm in the Winter and due to the thickness of its ancient walls, cool in the Summer.

Russet Room

Light and airy with double-aspect windows Russet offers both style and flexibility offering either a superking or twin bed. With its wealth of exposed beams Russet is truly magical.

Converted Former Stable Block

Pond Cottage

Pond Cottage is a charmingly converted former stable block housing two rooms within the grounds of the main farmhouse.
