Set in 300 acres of beautiful, unspoilt Kent countryside, Frasers offers the most idyllic, peaceful setting where you can gather with friends and family to remember and celebrate the life of a loved one. 

We understand that there's no harder time than when a loved one passes away. Our experienced, compassionate staff will be on hand to take care of everything and ensure that the celebration of life is as you imagined it.

As well as hosting celebrations of life at Frasers we also offer a bespoke outside catering service and can travel to other venues. 

Catering starts from £16.00pp. We have a fully stocked bar as well as an extensive range of teas and coffee.

Venue hire is £120.00 per hour.  

For bespoke private parties to celebrate that special birthday, anniversary engagement, Hen Party or Baby Shower, choose a menu to suit the occasion from afternoon tea to formal a la carte or banquet menu to street bowl food to sizzling BBQ with the help of Frasers’ head chef.

Entertain between 20 to 50 guests in the traditional Kentish oak barn restaurant, or the outdoor terrace in summer months, or opt for the grand marquee (from April to September) for hosting up to 160 guests.

Frasers offers additional services to enhance your party such as flower arrangements and prop hire and can recommend musicians to suit your occasion from swing to big bands to lounge jazz.

Frasers prides itself in serving fresh, seasonal produce to inspire the menu and tantalise the taste buds of its party guests. All ingredients are sourced from a carefully selected group of local artisan producers and suppliers and during the game season game is sourced from the Estate to minimise 'food-miles'.

Frasers is a boutique wedding and events venue with modern catering kitchen and eight luxury bedroom suites in three converted agricultural buildings. The luxury bedroom suites include 4-poster beds, hot tub and additional shower rooms suitable as dressing rooms and accommodation for crew.

A 12m x 6m Kentish style oak beamed barn houses the restaurant and function suite. Built in 2008 using traditional methods, the barn features a vaulted ceiling with York stone terrace accessed through glass doors with panaromic views of the countryside beyond.

The property is accessed via private driveway (crushed concrete trackway) suitable for artic lorries (no heavily laden). The main car park is 150m x 100m gravel located between the oast house and main function suite barn. Additional parking is available (subject to weather / trackway being laid) on fields. The farm features 14 stables (u-shaped) with a waterproof rubber menage 35m x 20m.

Game shoot on the farm on scheduled dates otherwise tranquil location for filming. Open to the public as restaurant and accommodation venue Wednesdays - Sundays. Available for exclusive hire outside weddings and events.
