Frasers offers a range of activity workshops available to book as day courses or overnight packages for groups team-building, business away days, couples retreats, hen parties and much more.

Foraging Workshops

Forage and Dine

Arrive at 5pm and spend 2 hours exploring the local countryside with our expert forager and learn the skills to forage food from nature.

Return to the kitchen garden, enjoy a local glass of something chilled whilst our chefs create a delicious dish for you to enjoy using the ingredients found whilst foraging and learn about how to eat sustainably.

Dates available: Thursday 20th April, Friday 28th April, Thursday 4th May, Thursday 11th May, Wednesday 24th May, Thursday 22nd June, Thursday 29th June, Friday 30th June

£60.00 per person.

Forage and Cook

For corporate events and teambuilding we offer bespoke private foraging classes. The course structure is as above but instead of the chefs cooking the food you forage, we will invite you into the kitchen to assist the chefs in creating a delicious foraged dish for you to then enjoy. As well as the foraging skills you have learnt our chefs will guide you through some expert cooking skills and tricks of the trade! 

Private classes are £120.00 per person, minimum 10 guests. Times and days can be arranged for each private group. 

Cookery Course

For the ultimate cooking experience join our Head Chef, Jimmy Sherwin in our state-of the art working commercial kitchen to prepare and cook our seasonal 'Taste Of Kent Cookery Course'. You will be guided effortlessly through our tried and tested recipes using home-grown foraged and seasonal ingredients. 

You can then enjoy the fruits of your labour accompanied by a glass of something local and delicious. 

Priced at £150.00 per person, per day.

Floristry and Gardening Workshop

Gardening

Head gardener Celia Davies will guide you through the principals of seasonal vegetable, salad and herb gardening which will help you make the most of even the smallest space. 

Floristry

Lisa Fraser will teach you hot to make the perfect floral arrangements. Whether you are looking to create a stunning centerpiece for your home, a wreath to adorn your front door at Christmas or even design the floristry scheme for your wedding day.
